This month we are going to discuss using Issuetrak for issue tracking. In this session, we will discuss how and why customers use issuetrak to assist them to track events that are important to their business operations. The events they track are varied. The one main common value is that they need to log and report on these issues. To go along with this presentation we will look at how Issuetrak communicates with it users with Outbound email. We will dive into the events that send an email, how the messages are configured, and how you can control and change notifications. Finally, we will discuss our newest features including a short introduction to ADFS.
