August Issuetrak Webinar
This month's Webinar will cover how Issuetrak is used for customer service.  In these issues, we will show how our customer set up their sites to manage work requests from external and internal customers. 

In some customer service sites, our customer is using issuetrak to manage Assets.  These may or may not be IT assets, we will take a deep dive to show you the Asset Management capabilities of Issuetrak. Finally, we will take a look at what our development team has been up to lately by introducing you to the changes that have been released since last we met.
